What is the difference between "InfiniDB for Apache Hadoop" and "InfiniDB" when downloading the installation packages?

When I tried to install "InfiniDB for Apache Hadoop", I gone to http://infinidb.co/downloads and found that

http://infinidb.co/system/files/infinidb_software/infinidb-4.5.0-1.x86_6...

and

http://infinidb.co/system/files/infinidb_software_hadoop/infinidb-4.5.0-...

are the same file(with the same MD5 sum)

is this OK?

Besides, when I were installing Infinidb on hadoop(HDP1.3) follow the "InfiniDB Apache Hadoop Configuration Guide", there is not such 'setenv-hdfs-20' in /root/(I were installing with root user) and I could not found "hdfs" option in Storage Configuration step of postConfigure......

Is there something wrong with system catalog?

Thanks all. The previous problem was solved, I retried the installation with cdh4.5 and pdsh built with '--with-machines' option.

But due to some reason(maybe port conflict), the postConfigure failed to startup the infinidb system and create system catalog(the last step of postConfigure), I shutdown hive metastore and some other processes and restarted infinidb(cc shutdownsystem;cc startsystem [password]).

After restarting, everything is active in 'cc getsystemstatus', but I could not create table with engine=infinidb, the commond

/usr/local/Calpont/bin/editem -i

shows nothing....

is there something wrong with the system catalog? how to fix it?

Thanks.

At the end of postConfigure the following script would have executed to create the system catalog.

# /usr/local/Calpont/bin/dbbuilder 7

Run this script while the system is active.

Thanks,

Robert
