Select the type of Data Storage [1=internal, 2=external,] (2) > <Enter>

but it should be

Select the type of Data Storage [1=internal, 2=external, 4=hdfs] (4) > <Enter>

besides ,when running post-install ,there are no the following information ,the way of installing is binary

The next steps are:
export JAVA_HOME=/usr/java/jdk1.6.0_31
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/java/jdk1.6.0_31/jre/lib/amd64/server
. /root/setenv-hdfs-20

The InfiniDB code detects the presence of a hadoop/hdfs install by doing the following command:

 #which hadoop

If it doesn't detect that hadoop is installed, it will not provide the prompts you are looking for.

So make sure that you have a hadoop package installed and the which command detects hadoop, like so:

[root@hortonworks21-name1 bin]# which hadoop
/usr/bin/hadoop
