pkill -9 ProcMon

Hi,

Could you please explain me why are you using `pkill -9 ProcMon` inside infinidb init.d script? This command kill ProcMon BUT doesn't shutdown monitoring processes (i.e. PrimProc, ExeMgr, DMLProc, etc.). These processes locks file system and using system resources.

How about using `/usr/local/Calpont/bin/calpontConsole shutdownsystem y` instead? Looks like this command gracefully shutdown ProcMon and related processes.

This is my changes in `infinidb` init.d script:

#       pkill -9 ProcMon
#       pkill -9 ProcMgr
#       killall ProcMon -TERM 2>/dev/null
#       killall ProcMgr -TERM 2>/dev/null

/usr/local/Calpont/bin/calpontConsole shutdownsystem y

Thanks

InfiniDB should be shutdown, started, restarted or stopped using the calpontConsole commands.

# cc shutdown

# cc startsystem

# cc restartsystem

# cc stopsystem

Thanks,

Robert
