Issue in Create Table and Data Load after migrating to new version of InfiniDB

Hi,

I installed new version of InfiniDB and did restore of the data.

All the tables that have been restored from old DB are working fine..

But I am not able to load data into any new tables.

Also if I do a select on the new tables I am getting below error....

 18:23:25  [SELECT - 0 row(s), 6.646 secs]  Empty result set fetched
Code: 1051 SQL State: 42S02 --- Unknown table '$vtable_4'

If I try to load the new tables, load fails and I get the below error...

.err file contents:

2014-04-24 18:26:53 (3208) ERR  : openDctnryStore: error opening existing store file for OID-11237; DBRoot-1; part-0; seg-0; tmpFlag-0;  a BRM get hwm error. [BRM error status: FAILED] [1510]
2014-04-24 18:26:53 (3208) CRIT : Error in pre-processing the job file for table tcoe.geoscp_201404 [1510]

Please help me in resolving this issue... We are using infinidb version 4.5.0

Issue in Create Table and Data Load after migrating to new versi

Hi,

A migration or restore of data is not required when upgrading InfiniDB from a previous release.

Just followed the upgrade process in the install guide and all data and tables are maintained.

Thanks,

Robert

Issue with more number of columns

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your reply, we are able to do data loading for few other tables...

But we are getting the above error only when we are trying to load a table with 422 columns...

Please suggest if this is an issue from the new version... We had no problems with the older version.

As we have loaded the same table structure.
