Hi,
Auto-increment columns are supported and likely the best available option if they meet your needs.

PK (and FK) are typically used to enforce user behaviors for transactional systems. For use cases with strong requirements for transactional behaviors we typically recommend 2 data systems working side-by-side:
A traditional database (MySQL or other) for transactional workloads
InfiniDB for reporting and analytic workloads

Column storage is optimal for accelerating large analytic query workloads, but there are a number of trade-offs for transactional workloads. We do have PK and FK support on our long-term roadmap, but not currently schedule in either 2013 or 2014.
Cheers,
Jim
