Hi InfiniDB !

If I see that the code source of InfiniDB Community Edition on launchpad.net didn't changed since 2012-10-18.

So, I just want to know if the Community Edition will still continue to exist ?

Regards

Calpont is committed to continuing to provide InfiniDB Community Edition V2.2 in an Open Source format. We encourage the development community to help maintain InfiniDB Community Edition as the premier Open Source columnar database.

I see the same problem. I am trying to decide between infobright and infinidb. I'm having trouble determining whether infinidb is even a going concern.

Hello,
I am analyzing column based databases - also the CE version of infinidb.
finally I will decide for one. Wht makes me a little bit afraid is, that no updates came out for the CE version for a long time. I dont like to decide for a product which is maybe stopped. Are there future plans in development for CE? I read your answer but I also see that there is no progress in this year compared to to the year 2012.

Hi LymannSS, infobright is in this moment also my favorite when infinidb ist not goin on, I made some tests with infinidb and what I saw until now I like it but with no ongoing development I could hardly decide for infinidb.
