SLES 11 - 16GB RAM, 2 x CPU (16 cores), 2TB RAID10

Hi,
I'm trying Infinidb community to manage CDR files. I have 100 tables with 40 millions rows each.

I need to know if there are any special tuning need to be done to fully utilize the hardware.

The server is a dedicated DB server :

SLES 11 - 16GB RAM, 2 x CPU (16 cores), 2TB RAID10 disk.

TQ.

Hi,

The Installation script will configure the settings based on your hardware configuration. Please use the suggestions in our InfiniDB Performance and Tuning Guide to tune the system for your queries as needed.

We do not test InfiniDB on that version. We do provide a binary package which can allow people to test on

other Linux versions. You are welcome to try.

Thanks,

Robert
