Marketing Program Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with a proven track record of engaging and nurturing prospects at every stage of the buyer cycle to join our marketing team.

As an InfiniDB Marketing Programs Manager, you’ll be responsible for working closely with sales, product marketing, and partners to develop and execute lead generating marketing campaigns and programs across all targeted segments. You’ll also be responsible for managing a marketing programs budget, and measuring and reporting program effectiveness to ensure optimal marketing spend across all target segments. Success will be measured by your ability to generate quality leads that directly contribute to InfiniDB’s revenue growth.


  • Develop and execute targeted marketing plans, orchestrating all tactics in the marketing mix to increase brand awareness, demand generation and partner engagement.
  • Develop and implement direct and indirect demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.
  • Research, choose, design and manage live events (i.e., webinars, seminars, industry events), and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event plan to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Interface with sales, product marketing and partners to determine sales and partner enablement needs.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of programs and ROI, including lead conversion metrics, database growth/health, contribution to the pipeline, partner engagement, and development.
  • Proactively engage with sales team to coordinate and communicate new and planned marketing activities in order to optimize the impact of those activities


  • 4-5 years field marketing experience with an enterprise software company.
  • Strong planning, organizational, project and budget management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute lead-generating marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with inbound marketing strategy/execution.
  • Understands the use of social media in overall demand creation.
  • Working knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools (Marketo and

  • Excellent oral/written communications skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related area.
  • A proven track record of success in a fast moving, technical, startup environment.
  • Passion for technology and software development.
  • Willingness to travel.
